Payment & Charges

In purchasing tickets to attend The BLN events you agree to pay any fees at the rates in effect when these charges are incurred. You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information.

Acceptance of each delegate is subject to space availability upon receipt of a completed Registration Form by The BLN, along with full payment for each participant.

All payments to The BLN shall be made in sterling and shall be inclusive of any Value Added Tax, where applicable. No delegate will be allowed to attend events unless full payment has been received and cleared.

By submitting credit card payment details to The BLN you warrant that you are entitled to purchase tickets using those payment details.

Confirmation of your booking and a VAT invoice can be accessed immediately after receipt of your payment. Cancellations received in writing before midday 30 days before the event will be subject to a 20% or £50, whichever is greater, administration fee. All fees are forfeited thereafter. The BLN reserves the right to change the programme without notice.

Attendance at this event may be transferred to another individual of at least equivalent seniority within the same organisation at no extra charge. All delegate transfers must be communicated to and accepted by BLN in writing – please email info@thebln.com
