A serial entrepreneur, Michael is an expert in building high performance teams with amazing cultures. His most recent venture, Blue Fish Development Group, was voted as the best place to work in Central Texas and among the fastest growing companies in Austin.

For more than 20 years, Michael has been helping the most successful companies in the U.S. design, develop, and deploy mission-critical technology solutions. As well as  Blue Fish Development Group (which delivers fixed-price, product-quality software solutions for clients such as Southwest Airlines, Wells Fargo, and Nike.) Mikey is also the founder of  Fire Ant Software .

Michael has a passion for helping first time entrepreneurs reach their goals through mentoring, coaching, and investing. He is a mentor and investor in Capital Factory, a top-ranked startup accelerator for technology companies, and he serves on the advisory board of several local startups. He is a regular speaker on the topics of Enterprise Content Management, Entrepreneurship, and Company Culture.
