Flirting, taking and sharing photos, socialising around big ‘watercooler’ TV events – these are some of the things consumers are doing better with mobiles, and which they are willing to pay money for. Ross explores how to identify these opportunities, monetise them and extend the market through partnering – that’s a lot to pack into ten minutes!
