Jim is an acknowledged expert in software pricing and, since founding his Software Pricing Partners in 1982, has helped several hundred companies develop effective pricing strategies.Jim has consulted with a number of established and emerging software companies. He has experience in B2B desktop, enterprise-class and, more recently Software-as-a-Service / on demand software.
Jim was on the Executive Committee of the MIT Enterprise Forum and chaired the Forum’s Start-Up Clinic from 1992 – 2002. He was on the Board of the Harvard Business School Association of Boston. Jim is on the Board of the Professional Pricing Society.
Jim has been a board member or advisor to several early stage technology companies and has consulted with more than 100 early stage ventures.
